Additional Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Congress Members

Development layouts for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.

Additionally featured in this latest photograph disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had created plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and contains a legend labelling distinct areas of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, including plans for marina coverings.

More documentation released as part of the current oversight process.
